How We Made Pickles
We prepare every pickle using fresh ingredients, authentic Punjabi spices, and traditional homemade methods.
Each batch is carefully matured to create the perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and delicious flavors.
1. Ingredients
Fresh vegetables/spices, mustard oil, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and other spices.
2. Stuffing
Mix of ground mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek, and spices stuffed into the vegetables.
3. Preparation
Sun-dry or heat the stuffed vegetables in mustard oil until infused with spices.
4. Ready
Store in jars, letting the pickle mature for 1-2 weeks before it’s ready to enjoy.
